1. Membership

By subscribing to Just One More Field, you agree to these terms. Membership is monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your membership grants you access to our private land network and community features.

2. Code of Conduct

All members must:

Follow the detectorist code of conduct
Respect landowners and their property
Report all significant finds honestly
Comply with the Treasure Act 1996
Fill all holes and leave sites as found

3. Find Distribution

All verified finds are split as follows:

50% to the landowner
25% to the finder (if present)
25% to the members pool

The members pool is distributed quarterly among all eligible members. To be eligible, you must have an active membership at the end of the quarter.

4. Finder Rights

If you are present when a find is made, your 25% finder share is guaranteed regardless of future membership status. This cannot be revoked.

5. Liability

Metal detecting carries inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. We maintain public liability insurance for organised digs but cannot be held responsible for personal injury or equipment damage.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation:

Any finder earnings remain yours to withdraw
You lose eligibility for future pool distributions
Access to the member platform ends at period end

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
